第40期海外青年技術訓練班開訓典禮

Opening ceremony of the 40th Overseas Youth Vocational Training Program was held on April 28, 2021. In her welcome speech, the president Dr. Yueh Guey, Huang was impressed by the students’ effort to fly to Taiwan for study in the challenging situation due to COVID-19 pandemic. She wished all the students a fruitful 2-year study at Hungkuang University and hopefully this training program enables them to successfully contribute what they have learned upon returning to their countries of residence.
