Enrollment Policy: All international degree-seeking students are required to enroll in the “Student Safety Insurance” program in accordance with school regulations.
Premiums: The premium is approximately NT$740 per semester. Please note that the final amount is subject to the official announcement by the organizing department.
This insurance plan provides the following medical benefits to help ease your financial burden for healthcare in Taiwan:
Hospitalization Benefits: Covers hospital stays due to accidents or illness.
Outpatient & Emergency Care: Covers outpatient treatment for accidental injuries and emergency room visits.
Major Medical Grants: Includes allowances for first-time cancer diagnosis and major burns/scalds.
Additional Coverage: Disability or death benefits.

In the event of an injury or illness, please ensure you request and retain the following documents from the hospital or clinic:

Original Medical Receipts

Once the Health Service Section receives your documents, they will be forwarded to the insurance company for final review. Upon approval, the reimbursement will be deposited directly into your account.
