2021 Summer Program

 In the past years, International Office of Hungkuang University used to invite students of our partner universities to participate our Summer Program every summer. On May 2021, the epidemic situation in Taiwan became increasingly severe, when the epidemic alert level was lowered to level 2 on July 27, 18 international students in Taiwan were invited to Hungkuang University to participate this activity on-site. Under the condition of complying with the epidemic prevention regulations, activities were carried out both offline and online at the very same time, allowing 73 international students to have fun. In this activity, not only did the participants experience Taiwan Culture and communicate with Hungkuang’s students, but also experienced professional courses of several department of Hungkuang University, such as Scalp Care and Hair Art of Department of Hair Styling and Design, Easy Face Massage and Special Effect Makeup of Department of Applied Cosmetology, DIY Pastry of Department of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management and Pilates of Department of Physical Therapy. Most of the students responded that this activity enriched their summer vacation, and the online students hoped that they would have the opportunity to participate the program on-campus next year!
