📅 申請期限 Application Deadline

  • 線上系統截止 Online System: 115年 3月6日 (五/Fri.) 止。

  • 紙本送件截止 Copy Submission: 115年 3月9日 (一/Mon.) 10:00 AM。

  • 逾時不候 Late applications will NOT be accepted.

🎓 申請資格 Eligibility Check

  1. 基本對象與身分 Basic Requirements:

    • 本校二年級以上 (2nd year or above) 境外生（僑生、港澳生）。
      (Current Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, or Macao students of HungKuang university.)

    • 必備條件 Essential: 必須持有 i僑卡 (i Compatriot Card)。

  2. 學業與操行成績 Academic Requirements:

    • 操行分數 Conduct Grade: 113學年度各學期均須達 甲等或 80 分以上。(Conduct score must be Grade A or 80+ for both semesters of the 2024 academic year.)

排除對象 (Ineligible):

  • 114年度已獲僑務委員會「學行優良僑生獎學金」者。
  • 一年級學生（大一、研一、博一）及留級、重讀、延畢之學生。
    (Recipients of the 2025 OCAC Academic Scholarship, 1st-year students, or those repeating/extending their studies are NOT eligible.)

📥 申請流程 Application Steps

  1. 線上填寫 Online Application: 請登入申請系統：https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw/AP/AP300/1048

    • 五專生與研究生請務必在年級欄位詳細註明。
      (Graduate and 5-year college students must specify their grade level in the form.)

  2. 匯出列印 Export & Print: 填妥後由系統匯出 「申請表」 並印出紙本。
    (Export and print the application form from the system.)

  3. 黏貼簽名 Attach & Sign: 在紙本表單上 貼好照片、身分證件影本，並由 本人親自簽名。
    (Attach your photo, ID copy, and sign the form in person.)

  4. 紙本繳交 Final Submission: 連同成績單等附件，送至 國際處 L104。
    (Submit all documents to the Office of International Affairs, Room L104.)

📝 應備資料清單 Required Documents Checklist

  • 系統匯出之紙本申請表 (Signed form)。

  • 113學年度全學年中文成績單 (2024 Academic Year Transcript)。

    • 申請方式： 請至 B棟一樓外面機器 投幣申請 【中文歷年成績單】(費用10元，馬上就會印出來了)。

  • i僑卡卡號 (i-Card number must be provided on the form)。

  • 在學證明 (Certificate of Enrollment)。

  • 其他證明 (視需求) (Parents’ school service or financial hardship certificates)。

⚠️ 重要公告 Important Notice:

線上系統將於 3月6日 關閉。3月9日 10:00 AM 為紙本最後收件期限，逾期一律不予受理，請同學務必提早辦理！
The system closes on March 6th. The final deadline for copy submission is March 9th, 10:00 AM. Late submissions will not be processed.
