【暑期上班時間調整公告】為配合115年度暑期節能減碳措施,調整國際事務處暑假期間上班時間

 [Announcement: Summer Office Hours Adjustment] Adjustment of Office Hours for the Office of International Affairs in Alignment with the 2026 Summer Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Measures

依人事室公告之「115年度暑期節能減碳實施計畫」,為配合節能減碳政策及提升能源使用效益,本處於暑假期間(115年6月28日至115年9月13日)調整上班時間如下:

  • 上班時間: 週一至週四 9:00 至 16:30。

敬請師生及各單位依公告時間洽辦相關業務,不便之處敬請見諒,感謝您的配合。

 

In accordance with the “2026 Summer Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Implementation Plan” announced by the Personnel Office, and to support energy conservation policies while enhancing energy efficiency, the office hours for the Office of International Affairs during the summer break (June 28, 2026, to September 13, 2026) will be adjusted as follows:

  • Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Faculty, students, and all departments are kindly requested to conduct relevant business within the announced hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
